This place is great, amazing menu with options that go really well together. The most tender, fall off the bone lamb shoulder youve ever eaten. Great service too, everyone is really helpful and accommodating. Great for a group too.

if someone ask me, do you have any recommend restaurants, I always says nomad (I already came 7 times!), amazing starts at scallops, and my second favorite burrata in Sydney, good wine selection, I always order yuzu soda, kingfish and bread is not my type, it smells good but taste quite bland, main course is my favorite part, lamb shoulder and fish is great, quite bland, but I like soft and tender lamb, crunchy fish skin, the ribeye is quite good, for me, I love this steak more than rockpool (sorry rockpool, you got the good environment, but I generally preferred nomad), Olivia oil ice cream is amazing, I always order this dessert, but the nuts part is a little bit too sweet for Asian people, thanks for all nomad staff give me these so unforgettable memories, I always choose nomad, whenever a friend of mine is graduated, and they gonna leave Sydney, I did not feel any disappointment for each experience at nomad.

Nomad was absolutely incredible!!!! genuinely a 10/10. The food was unbelievable, the service was flawless, and the space itself is just stunning. I honestly couldn’t imagine a better dining experience. The lamb main and the chilli wagyu tongue were real standouts (seriously… omg). If you haven’t been, you must go!

Such a fantastic experience! From the food to the service, everything was perfect!! Our server Liam? I’m not sure what his name was but he had amazing service. As soon as our waters were empty and before I even noticed it was empty, he filled it up swiftly. Also while remembering who wanted tap and who wanted sparkling. And this was also while maintaining the same service to several other customers. I was truely impressed with his level of professionalism and attention towards customers. Other than that the food was absolutely amazing, extremely tender meat that’s well seasoned and cooked to perfection! Also the warehouse vibe of the restaurant is super vibey while still feeling fancy. Truely impressed with the high quality of everything! 10/10!

Amazing food; lovely service. Great wine list. The Dry-Aged Pork and the Empenada were standouts. The Iceberg side was a touch disappointing in the company of the other incredible dishes but that’s just to my tastes. We ordered too much to fit in any dessert but I’ll be back purely to try the Comte & Apple tart

Nomad is a fantastic spot with a great vibe and delicious food. We shared the Mezze lunch platter which was an excellent blend of flavours and textures. It’s mostly vegetarian but has two chicken skewers, but all freshly made, beautifully presented and the perfect mix of dishes. Good value as you get to try so many of the dishes. Staff were super friendly and there was a happy hum in the restaurant. Sitting at the kitchen bar was fun for us to see the great systems and just how fresh everything was.

Came to Nomad for a work dinner in May 2024 (catching up on old reviews) and it was one of the best meals I’ve ever had!! We started with a mini martini and goat cheese tart combo that they promoted as a bite while you decide on the menu for the night… very creative idea! We ordered a bunch of plates to share and everything was delicious but the most surprising was the kangaroo dish? As we were visiting Australia we had to order this off the menu but were not expecting it to be a raw dish like tartare. However, we were so pleasantly surprised with the taste! We shared 3 of the desserts and all of them were heavenly! Such a delicious dinner, great service, and some great people watching as well! This was a dinner I will remember for a very long time!

We ate at Nomad’s last week during their opening dinner service. We booked for 5:45pm and felt like we were the first ones, till it all filled up quickly! Was nice seeing the kitchen prepping for the dinner service. I would recommend sitting bar section to get into the action. Great food, excellent service, and a modern sleek atmosphere. We ordered the goat shawarma, wood fired bread, yellow fin tuna, zucchini flower, spatchcock, marketfish, woodfired eggplant and the toasted rice muhallebi. The best dish by far was the spatchcock. The rest was okay depending on ur palate.

Yummm!!! The food was exquisite. The service was great and very much in line with other places in the area with a similar vibe and setting. Because everything else was so incredibly tasty and full of flavour, the fish ended up feeling a little lacking for us, though I think that was mainly because the other dishes were just so flavour-packed. Overall, it was a great feed with a fantastic atmosphere.
